Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, and buying another pack adds to the credits you already have.
How long do credits last?
Twelve months from the purchase. Spend them on Standard clips at 100 credits or HD clips at 300.
Can I get a refund?
When checkout is live, packs are final except in three cases: a render fails and the credits for that attempt come back, a payment is captured and the credits never arrive, or the same pack is charged twice. Write to support and we correct those.
What if a video fails?
The credits for that attempt are returned. You are not charged a second pack to retry. Rendering is not open on this preview, so no charge can happen yet.
